At Petstock, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  Choose Return Method

  You can return your items for free at any local Petstock store or initiate an online return via our portal to ship the items back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit. If returning by mail, please include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
