Xtreme Scrapers 14mm Wafer

Xtreme Scrapers are one of the most popular Xtreme fish foods. These 13-14mm fast sinking wafers are specially manufactured for catfish, Plecostomus species, and loaches. The wafers sink really fast, so these highly nocturnal and bottom-dwelling species can get straight to the food. The wafers will remain hard in the water for hours, making them ideal for feeding just before you turn the aquarium lights off and allowing nocturnal species to come out and feed.

Xtreme recognise that cellulose is an essential part of the diet for catfish and plecos, and in the wild, these fish would obtain the cellulose by feed scraping on tree roots and branches in the water. Xtreme adds the cellulose nutrient to Xtreme Scrapers in the form of an extract from Stinging Nettles.

Xtreme Scrapers use green peas as the primary protein source and then adds fish, herring, kelp, shrimp and spirulina to complete the dietary mix.

Even Silver Dollars and some finicky eaters like Knife Fish will love Xtreme Scrapers.

Feeding Instructions:

Feed 2 to 3 times daily an amount that will be eaten by your fish in 2-3 minutes.
